THE EEMFC LIBRARY |
Library Rules |
Reference Readers are welcome to use the library for reading and reference. Although space is limited, we can accommodate up to five users at a time for study purposes. Borrowing Readers may borrow up to 5 books for a period of four weeks; details of loans should be entered in the Register. Books may be renewed (in person or by email request) for a further four-week period if not required by another reader. Opening hours The Library will normally be open 11.00-15.00 on Wednesdays. Special arrangements may be made for other times (please contact librarian@eefa.net), but weekend access is not possible because of security conditions in the building. Access Readers may gain access to the Library via the rear of the building (through the metal gate in the corner of the car park). Please ring the bell marked EEFA and someone will come and open the door, and show you where to sign in. The Library is on the first floor so disabled access is difficult; however registered readers may request books by post (at a small fee to cover costs). There is very limited parking space at the Centre, and readers should expect to park elsewhere (there are two public car parks within a few minutes’ walk). Finding us The Centre is located in the Cooperative Funeral Service building on St. Helen’s Street (close to the junction with Grimwade Street and a short walk from the University of Suffolk campus.)
